Most security vendors sell you protection and walk away if it fails. We back our work with a warranty and real financial coverage if a breach happens on our watch. Why? Because we spent decades honing our skills and expertise to make sure we protect our clients, and we trust our teams.
When you put your network fully in our hands, we stand behind that work. If a breach happens on a system we’re actively protecting, and it results from a failure on our part, we don’t just apologize. We cover it.
That means:
It’s free. It’s included. And it’s ours to prove, not yours to hope for.

The short version: if a third party gets unauthorized access through an endpoint we’re protecting, and that results in data loss or exposure worth more than $8,000 due to a failure on our part, we cover it up to your plan’s cap.
To keep you covered, here’s what is required on your end:
For each annual year of service, the warranty covers unauthorized malicious exfiltration, loss, or destruction of data valued at more than $8,000, resulting from a failure in our protection of a covered endpoint. Coverage includes remediation costs through our incident response team and legal defense costs for related third-party claims, in excess of standard forensic response fees, up to the applicable cap. Full-network enrollment and complete environment disclosure are required to maintain eligibility.
Cyber insurance underwriters look favorably on businesses with strong, verifiable security controls and a financially backed warranty is about as strong a signal as it gets. Clients on our managed service and warranty program often find their broker can offer better coverage terms and lower premiums as a result.
Beyond the warranty, CyberClan offers additional services that reduce your risk profile even further and may help you qualify for even better cyber insurance terms:
No. This is a warranty on our own work, not an insurance policy. It’s a direct financial commitment from CyberClan, if a breach happens due to a failure in the protection we provide. It can, however, support you in getting better terms from your own cyber insurance provider.
The warranty is included at no extra cost when you enroll your full network in one of our managed security plans for 12 months or more.
Coverage applies specifically to breaches resulting from a failure in the service tier you’ve subscribed to, on endpoints under our management, where the loss exceeds $8,000
