As a professional accountant Sugandha, CPA, CGA has over 15 years of progressive finance and accounting experience across multiple industries including healthcare, medical, nuclear waste, and transportation.

Prior to joining CyberClan she worked at Energy Solutions Canada and was responsible for various aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, process improvements and taxation. Sugandha is eager to leverage her professional skills and play a vital role in the growth of the company by providing information to make informed decisions.

Mikel spent 20 years as an insurance defence and coverage lawyer, and has nearly a decade of experience as a breach coach, acting on behalf of Lloyd’s syndicates as well as domestic and international insurers. Mikel is excited to leverage his experience as a breach coach to assist CyberClan in being ever more responsive to the needs of our various clients and stakeholders.

Paulo has more than 25 years of experience as an Information Technology (IT) professional focusing on IT Security Management, Risk Management, and IT Enterprise Architecture. Over the year, Paulo has leveraged his broad knowledge to help enterprises across various fields, including the E-commerce, Electrical, Fintech, and manufacturing industries, establishing and implementing a robust cyber security program that aligns with business vision, goals and objectives. In addition, Paulo has experience in strategic and tactical planning, governance, risk, compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO27001, CIS, GDPR, NIST) and setting the posture of Information Security for the organization. Paulo is currently the Manager of the Risk Management Service.
