Summary/Objective

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will have superior sourcing abilities and demonstrate prowess in the full lifecycle recruitment of technical and operations professionals. This position, reporting directly to the Global Director of Human Resources, calls for an individual with an excellent quality of hire track record, who exhibits consummate professionalism and can handle a high-volume requisition load. Recruiters with considerable self-sourcing experience, agency recruiters, and technical recruiters will be given priority consideration.

Essential Functions

  • Hire best-in-class talent quickly
  • Execute upon all activities surrounding identifying, attracting, qualifying, interviewing, credentialing, selling, closing, and onboarding candidates
  • Create a remarkable recruiting experience for each of your candidates
  • Speak competently to the nuances and complexities of our various openings
  • Handle up to 10-15 requisitions simultaneously
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create position descriptions; create and fine-tune search plans
  • Participate in/spearhead advertising and branding initiatives to promote candidate applicant flow
  • Employ and execute upon a wide array of self-sourcing techniques to include phone, email, social media, personal networks, and creative sourcing
  • Contribute to recruiting collateral
  • Pipeline candidates for future hires
  • Create and maintain meticulous ATS records and perform other administrative/coordinative tasks associated with full lifecycle recruiting
  • Participate in special events and projects as assigned

  • Ability to excel in sourcing candidates by using unconventional methods

  • Reliable documentation and organization skills, proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems to document candidate interactions, and knowledge of how to use an ATS to streamline efficiencies

  • Willingness to perform cold outreach and a hunter mentality
  • Familiarity with a variety of candidate source channels and experience creating, implementing and executing effective search plans
